Buy from WUDAWU means you can choose easily and quickly from home from a wide range of selected products.

In case you’d prefer to purchase via the internet, the first thing to do is try one of the products that / s you want to buy; Once you have selected a / s, click on “Add” and finished shopping click on “Shopping Cart” (on the band at the top, right corner of the screen). Shipping and Delivery

By choosing to pay with PayPal the amount will be charged directly to your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or debit card (American Express) assigned. PayPal protects your buyer information. For each transaction executed by this method will be sent an email confirmation from PayPal. The order amount is charged to your PayPal account at the time of order. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
CASH ON DELIVERY – Choosing this mode (valid up to a maximum amount equal to € 500.00 order), payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the goods purchased. The payment shall be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. They accept only exact amounts corresponding to the amount of the order; is not expected to return the rest. We also accept cashier’s checks (non-bank).
Right of Withdrawal
1 – Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, the Customer has the right to rescind the purchase contract for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without any explanation and without penalty.
2 – To exercise this right, the customer must send WUDAWU SRLS a notice to that effect within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by email at email@example.com. Once you have received the notice of termination, the Customer Service WUDAWU SRLS will notify the customer instructions on how to return the goods which must be received within 10 days from WUDAWU.
3 – The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: – The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased; – Under the law, the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer; – The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer; – If the goods are damaged during shipping, WUDAWU SRL will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return while canceling the request for withdrawal; WUDAWU SRLS not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
4 – WUDAWU SRLS will refund the customer the full amount paid by holding the value of the “postage” within 30 days of return of goods, by transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall provide to the bank on which the reimbursement (Cod. ABI – CAB – Account of the invoice).
5 – The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where WUDAWU SRLS finds:
– The lack of the outer and / or wrapper containing the product purchased
– Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, WUDAWU SRLS will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping.
6 – We accept no liability for the washed items not in accordance with the instructions set out on the label.
